By installing and using the SheetSync Events application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
The Application allows Shopify merchants to synchronize their store data (including orders, customers, and UTM parameters) to their personal Google Sheets.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and your Google account. You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your data solely to provide the synchronization service and do not sell your data.
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SheetSync Events and are protected by international copyright laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall SheetSync Events be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
